Breath Tech
Breathing as technology,
Programmed for acceptance and release.
In breath is acceptance
Outbreath is release
No thought required.
No intention required.
This is the characteristic of breath.
Paying attention, accepting both feelings and intentions,
Both right and left brains,
In order to release them, that they may die.
This is the power of aquarius,
The death of tzaddi, with is hirhur (thought).
Going through this cycle of acceptance and release allows for death,
Clears the way for new birth.
Tzaddi completes the nine cycle of physical, separate creation,
Which is the process of death,
Death makes space of novelty,
Which is why Uranus is the ruler of aquarius.
This is fixed breath,
Which the death allows the separate being to exist without a body,
Which leads to the next letter, Koof, this month of Adar.
To be without a body involved period of sleep and waking.
To sleep is to enter another body,
To be awake is to maintain consciousness without a body.
Because consciousness does not have to have a body.
This is the unknowable head, consciousness without a body.
What is perceived?
In the previous moon, Ayin, Capricorn, the body is completed,
And the next month, once the body is completed, it is released to death.
Koof is creativity. This is continued awareness without a body.
Consciousness lives on thru what it creates.
This is how ancestors stay with their descendents,
Because making children is one of the biggest acts of creation.
But it is also with stories,
This is how authors live on thru their stories,
Or works of art, how Van Gaugh continues to live.
This is life after death,
And in creating, we are sewing the seeds for our next life.
So one creates and define your afterlife
By one’s acts of creativity in this life.
